Course Outline and Method
この授業においては、現在我が国を襲っているコロナ禍を主な題材として、災害の場合における国民への規制等の場面での政府の法的対応、また、政府予算を使ってのコロナ禍によってダメージを受けている者への支援、その財源について学び、災害に対する行政主体の対応の仕組みを学ぶ。従って、内容的には法制度面に関するものが多い。
具体の授業方法は、講義の形式による。（但し、状況により、一部はオンラインとなる。）
Student Attainment Objectives
①制度についての客観的批判ができるようになるとともに、
②個人として、それらの対応を見て、個人として安全を図る対応ができる
ことを目標とする。
