この授業では、人の生涯の各段階で生じるメンタルヘルスの問題を取り上げ、メンタルヘルスの維持や改善に役立つ心理学的アプローチについて学ぶ。また、体験型ワークを通じて受講者自身の自己理解の促進を目指す。
