Course Outline and Method

　生体高分子、特にタンパク質（含む酵素）と核酸に焦点を合せ、それらの物理化学的性質と共に物理化学的解析方法を解説する。その後、生物工学関連の研究に関し、具体的解析例を挙げて、物理化学的な側面から生物を構成する物質の理解を深めていく。本講義は、生物工学を理解する上で基礎となる位置づけである。

講義は対面で実施する。
