Course Outline and Method

This course is intended as a "bridge" course for taking specialized courses in English, and is intended to further develop the skills acquired in "Introduction to English Management I." Therefore, active learning methods will be introduced in the classes, where students will work in groups to solve projects and practice the process of presentations on specialized business issues in English.

This course is for International Business Administration students who do not have sufficient English proficiency (*) to take the EMI courses ("International Business," "Integrated Marketing," and "Corporate Accounting") offered in the fall semester of their second year.
*TOEIC®L&R 550、TOEFL®-ITP 480 or TOEFL®-iBT 57

This classe will be held basically face-to-face. However, the first class will be held as a media class to avoid an excessive number of students. Please note that the lecture schedule may change depending on the number of participants.

Student Attainment Objectives

By the end of this course, you will:
① be able to understand specialized vocabulary and basic theories of business administration in English.
② be able to organize your own thoughts in English based on the knowledge you have learned.
③ be able to collect information related to management and give a presentation in English.
