Course Outline and Method

民事手続法のうち、主に民事執行法と民事保全法について概説する。
今までに学修してきた民事訴訟法との連続性を意識しながら、権利はどのように保全され、どのように実現されるのか、そのプロセスを理解する。
提出課題に対しては適宜講評を行う予定である。

Class Format

BCP停止の場合は、BCPレベル0～2の記載どおりに授業が行われます。
During the suspension period of BCP, classes will be as described in BCP levels 0-2.

BCPレベル1-2の場合、対面を原則とする。
BCPレベル3-4の場合、予定されている曜日時限にオンラインで実施する。

裁判傍聴をするなどして民事紛争解決の全体像（保全手続―判決手続―執行手続の関係性・連続性）を具体的にイメージできるようにされたい。
