授業の概要と方法

This course aims at increasing students' academic English skills as well as preparing them to take the TOEFL iBT® Test or the TOEFL ITP® Test, qualifications which are often required to study abroad, especially at universities in English speaking countries. The focus of this course is placed on improving students' listening, reading and writing skills. Students are expected to engage in both independent and integrated listening, reading, writing exercises related to various interdisciplinary topics, and acquire spontaneous production skills.
Throughout the semester, students will receive feedback on in-class activities and assignments from the instructor in order to develop their abilities.
【＋R授業】Video On Demand(VOD)はOnline TOEIC® L&Rの受験です。第10回授業の週で12/1(月)～12/5(金)の期間にて実施予定になります。

Specific goals for this course are 1) being able to strengthen English listening, reading and writing skills and 2) being able to improve scores on the TOEFL iBT® Test or the TOEFL ITP® Test.

TOEIC® L&R test IP (Online) score (20%)/Active participation, quizzes, assignments, practice tests, reviews and extra work (80%) / 12月上旬にTOEIC® L&RテストIP(オンライン)を全員が受験することになっており、そのスコアを評価の20%に組み込みます。TOEIC® L&RテストIPテスト(オンライン)結果スコアの換算方法は科目担当の教員から説明がありますので確認をしてください。//

成績評価方法(備考)

成績評価の条件として、学期ごとに10回以上の出席が必要です。
