Course Outline and Method

　フランス憲法学に関連した文献を読み解きながら，フランス語圏の社会事象に対する理解を深めると同時に，高度なフランス語の運用能力の向上を図る。
　毎回、指定された文献を受講生が事前に読んでおき、授業で各自の理解を開示したうえで、解説等を行う。

１．高度なフランス語の文章を読みこなすことができる。
２．高度なフランス語運用能力を用いて自分の考えを表現することができる。
３．現代のフランス憲法学に関連する問題について深い知識を得る。

欠席の場合、欠席回の予習が実施されていなかったものとみなす。
なお、当然だが予習に当たってはある程度のフランス語能力を必要とするので、フランス語能力がこの授業を受講するに十分でない場合は、予習の実施状況の評価にも影響を与える。

フランス語の基本文法は一通り知っている必要あり。
上に挙げた、各回に取り上げる文献のタイトルの意味が理解できるレベルにない場合は、この授業についていくのは難しい。
