Textbooks (Frequency of Use, Note)

Most of the work we will do in class will be based on the case studies and role-play activities included in the textbook. You will need to constantly refer to a fair amount of information and details in order to be able to give your opinion and to actively participate in the discussions with the other students within your group. It is therefore very important that you bring the textbook to class every week.
