Course Outline and Method
日頃から慣れ親しんだ気体，液体，固体といった物質の状態は，莫大な数の原子・分子からなる巨視的な系が示す性質である。ここでは，このような物質の多彩な性質を解明するための基礎理論である統計力学の考え方と方法を学び，典型的な系にどのように応用されるかについて学ぶ。
