今までに学修してきた民事実体法の知識を前提として、その一方当時者が経済的な窮境に陥った場合に権利関係がどのように整理されるかを理解するとともに、現代社会における倒産処理手続の存在意義を考察する。
なお、提出課題に対しては適宜講評を行う予定である。

Class Format
During the suspension period of BCP, classes will be as described in BCP levels 0-2.
BCPレベル1-2の場合、対面を原則とする。
BCPレベル3-4の場合、予定されている曜日時限にオンラインで実施する。
