Course Outline and Method

【クラステーマ】エネルギーと環境
エネルギーに起源する地域環境問題と地球環境問題の原因、現状と課題を理解したうえ、経済、エネルギー、環境三者の調和あるエネルギーと環境政策の構築などを系統的に学ぶことを目的とする。人類文明の盛衰、エネルギーと環境の歴史、エネルギー供給と消費、地球温暖化、酸性雨越境汚染、途上国問題など基礎知識や国際的争点となっている最新のエネルギーと環境政策課題の分析・立案などについて事例を挙げながら紹介しながら、受講生と一緒にディベートする。

Student Attainment Objectives

①エネルギーおよびエネルギー政策に関する基礎知識を取得する。 ②エネルギーに起源する地域環境問題と地球環境問題の原因、現状と課題を理解する。 ③地球環境問題に関する条約、議定書などの批准や改定の争点となっている最新の国際環境政策課題の系統的分析を通じて、持続可能な経済、エネルギー、環境三者の調和ある政策システムを構築する手法を学習する。 ③エネルギー安全保障、地球環境問題解決に向けた各国の国内政策および日本の国際協力に関する関連知識を習得する。
