Course Outline and Method

｢行政国家｣と称されるように、現代国家において行政の占める比重は極めて高い。われわれが行政と関係することなく日常生活を送ることは、ほとんど不可能であるといってもよい。この講義では、現代社会において重要な役割を担っている中央政府の行政に関する知識を体系的に理解していくことをめざす。地方自治分野については基本的には取り扱わない。
オンラインでレジュメを配布したうえで、教科書の内容に基づき板書と口頭での説明によって講義を進める。毎回、講義の疑問と感想を中心とした。リアクションペーパーの提出を求める。リアクションペーパーの内容については、講義内で取り上げ、評価の一部とする。
