計算機実験ではバイオ関連のデータベースを紹介し，簡単な解析をインターネットを用いて行なう．さらに大規模データを取り扱う解析アルゴリズムの実装までを，C言語にてプログラミングする．

授業実施形態：対面

Class Format

BCP停止の場合は、BCPレベル0～2の記載どおりに授業が行われます。
During the suspension period of BCP, classes will be as described in BCP levels 0-2.


BCPレベル1～2の場合、対面授業で実施する。ただし、BCPレベル1～2であっても感染状況の悪化や不測の事態を考慮して、BCP3～4の対応をする場合もありうる。詳細はmanaba+Rにて連絡する。
BCPレベル3～4となった場合には、対面授業の代わりにWebでのリアルタイム授業を実施する。詳細はmanaba+Rにて連絡する。

レポート、授業態度等にて評価を行う：80%
確認テストにて評価を行う：20%

Grade Evaluation Method （Note）

1/3以上欠席した場合には原則として単位を与えない．遅刻には厳正に対処する．
またレポートも1/3以上未提出の場合は単位を与えない．
レポート未提出の場合は、欠席としてあつかう。


確認試験が実施できなかった場合は、レポートにて評価する。

Advice to Students on Study and Research Methods

本実験では，第1回目を除いて，すべてC言語を用いて，バイオインフォマティックスの基本となるプログラムをコーディングする．第2回目で，復習の時間を取っているが，それ以前に各自で復習を行い，本実験の準備をすることが望ましい．
