Course Outline and Method
現代日本がかかえる重要な憲法問題をいくつか取り上げ、学説、判例などを踏まえ、総合的に検討する。具体的にどのようなテーマを取り上げるかは、参加者の興味・関心に応じたい。具体的な進め方は、参加者の報告、質疑応答、討論という形式による。
Student Attainment Objectives
参加した学生が、憲法の重要問題について、学説、判例を的確に理解し、自ら主体的に検討できるようになることを目標とする。現時の改憲問題にも主体的な判断ができるようになることを目標とする。
