Course Outline and Method

【+R授業について】
4⽉1⽇までにmanaba+Rのコースニュースに+R授業の案内を掲載する。必ずmanaba+Rのコースニュースを確認すること。


この科目では、フランス革命直後から19世紀半ばまでのフランス史に関する文章を、フランス語から日本語に翻訳する。テキストは、主に政治制度の変遷や、国民権、ナショナリズム、政治的自由主義の概念の進展に焦点を当てている。

毎回、宿題として指定された文章の単語を調べてくること。授業では、文章を一文ずつ音読した後、受講生が翻訳を行い、全員で最も適切な訳を考える。

また、受講生は教員が指定したテーマ（フランス史—19世紀に関するもの）のリストから一つを選び、そのテーマに基づくA4一枚分の文章を作成する。その文章は個人（または人数によってグループ）で翻訳を行う。さらに、授業の13〜14回（受講生人数により変更あり）で、受講生が自ら翻訳内容を説明し、翻訳の面白さや難しかった点について発表を行う。

Student Attainment Objectives

1.フランス人向けの文章に触れ、これまでの授業で扱ったものよりも複雑な文を理解できるようになります。
2.馴染みのない、またはほとんど馴染みのない内容のフランス語の文章を読めるようになります。
3.フランス史、そしてヨーロッパ史についての知識を深めます。
