Course Outline and Method

　　行政法に関する応用力を養うための少人数クラスである。これまでに修得した行政法の専門知識を活用して、日本社会が直面する問題を把握し、行政法の観点から、その解決策を具体的に議論するための応用力を身に着ける。
　この演習ではできるだけ双方向型の授業内容にするため、教員の講義のほか、履修生の報告と議論も交えて進めていくことにする。

　　授業は対面で行う

１．行政法の専門知識を前提に、問題解決能力につながるような応用力を発揮することができる。
２．公務員試験や公務員の実務に対応できる

行政法ⅠⅡを履修しておくことが望ましい。

行政法の基本原理、行政組織法

教科書の行政法の基本原理、行政組織法に関する章を題材に報告、議論をする。
例：地方分権改革、公私協働、公務員制度改革

5～9

行政作用法

教科書の行政作用法に関する章を題材に報告、議論をする。
例：原子力発電所設置許可、出入国管理行政、特定秘密保護法

10～14

行政救済法

教科書の行政救済法に関する章を題材に報告、議論をする。
例：行政審判、原告適格、当事者訴訟、住民訴訟

　対面で実施する

Recommendations for Private Study

　報告の場合には準備が求められる。
　報告の際には指定された教科書のほかに、詳しい文献もあたることが望ましい。
