Course Outline and Method

文化のさまざまな側面について書かれた英文の読解を中心に扱います。
文化というと地域・国に特有のものというとらえ方がされますが、地域差を越えた共通性に注目した、いわば「文化のグローバリゼーション」の様相を考えてみる機会となります。
個人による事前学習を基礎にしますが、ペア・ワークや発表・報告を取り入れます。
課題や提出物等に関しては、教室内またはmanaba+R上で、フィードバックを行います。

受講生は、大学生に相応しい、文化の諸側面についての知識を持つことが出来る。
　　　　　まとまりのある英文をパラグラフに注意しながら、論理的に理解できる。
　　　　　文化の諸側面を表現するための語彙・表現を豊富化できる。
