Course Outline and Method
倫理学における理論とは「私たちは何をなすべきか/なすべきでないか」という問いへの回答であるが、ベンサムやカントなど、各論者の回答において前提としている人間観や社会観が大きく異なっている。
これらの異なる理論を概観することによって、倫理学において人間存在はどのようなものであると考えられてきたかを理解することができ、その理解は現在を生きる我々にとっても有益である。
また、講義の後半では正義や幸福といった、倫理的な判断を行う際に重要ない概念について、概念の歴史と議論の解説を行う。
