民事司法制度および民事訴訟法「判決手続」の基礎理論について受講生と相談しながら授業を進めていく。 なお、この授業は対面形式で実施する。

訴訟の進行・審理

必要的口頭弁論、準備書面、当事者照会、争点整理、適時提出主義、裁判上の自白、計画審理
