Course Outline and Method

この授業は、刑法総論並びに刑法各論に関する基本的な理解を踏まえて、事例問題を素材として、刑法の論点に関してより深い検討を行うことを内容とする。事例問題について、検察側と弁護側のそれぞれの立場からの立論を行い、討議を行う。課題への取組は基本的には個人作業となり、毎回の課題提出を求めるので、積極的かつ主体的な参加が望まれる。ただし、参加人数にもよるが、討議に際してはグループでの報告となる。

・刑法総論並びに刑法各論の基本的な知識を獲得する。
・刑事判例の読み方を学ぶ。
・刑法の事例問題を素材として、説得的な意見表明ができるようになる。
