Course Outline and Method

　本授業は,担当教官の研究及びオリジナル教材をベースに,アントレプレナーシップに関する理論及び実践力を養うことを目的としている.
　授業では,まず,我が国のアントレプレナーシップの現状及び課題(キーワード：スタートアップ,大学発ベンチャー,エコシステム,投資家,大学,技術移転機関,ソーシャルキャピタル,リソースベースドビュー,ポジショニングビュー)についての関心を喚起する.次に,クリティカルシンキング(キーワード：ゼロベース思考,仮説思考,MECE,ロジックツリー,ピラミッド構造,トップダウン,ボトムアップ)について確認する.その上で,スタートアップ分析フレームワーク(キーワード：天の時,地の利,人の和,統合,キーサクセスファクター,７つのイノベーションの源泉,ファイブフォーシーズ,バリューチェーン,VRIO,SWOT)を習得する.
　基本的なクリティカルシンキング及びスタートアップ分析作法を確認,習得した上で,本授業では,スタートアップのケーススタディ(キーワード：起業機会の存在,起業機会の発見,起業の意思決定,資源獲得,起業戦略,組織化,キーサクセスファクター)に取り組み,KSF(Key Success Factor)を探る.様々な視点からKSFを見抜く”目”を養う.
　授業全体を通して,卒業論文作成にあたって必須となる基礎的な文章作成,論理性,表現力等”書く力”を磨く.
