Course Outline and Method

東南アジア諸国（主にフィリピン、インドネシア、タイ、カンボジア）の地方自治制度と我が国の地方制度を概観し、また、それらの国における選挙制度を比較検討し、それらを比較すると同時に、よりよい地方自治体、地方分権制度とは何かを考察する。

Student Attainment Objectives

受講生が、地方行政制度一般についての知見を得るとともに、各国の地方制度、選挙制度を比較、検討することを通じて、それらを知り、また、地方行政制度の存在意義を確認し、そのそれぞれの国家、国民への適合性を考える枠組みを得ることを目標とする。

Class Format

授業内小テストにより、それまでの授業内容の理解度を測る。

Grade Evaluation Method （Note）

定期試験を実施できない場合は、定期試験に替え、Manabaを通じたレポートを実施し、それによる70％と、上記の授業内小テストによる30%で評価する。
