Course Outline and Method
本講義では、これらの災害現象のメカニズムと特性を概観し、災害に対する備え、早期警報、避難、救助、復興、再建という防災サイクルの見地から防災を読み解いていく。更に地球規模の環境災害や人為的災害にも視野を広げ、貧困と災害弱者の課題も考えていきたい。
