Course Outline and Method

費用対効果評価を含む医療技術評価は、医療資源の公平・効率的な配分のための意思決定支援を目的とした学際的な研究領域であり、臨床疫学、医療統計学、医療経済学、リアルワールドデータ分析、健康関連QOL評価など多様な専門分野の連携・協働が前提となる。本講義では、医療技術評価分野の専門人材として必要となる基本的な知識・技能の習得を目標とする。

各講義前後の一定期間、講義に関する教材をmanaba+R上に提示する。課題や小レポートについても一定期間manaba+R上に提示するとともに、その期間内に回収する。

★決められた期間を過ぎてからの課題レポートの提出はいかなる理由があっても認めない。

Health technology assessment, including cost-effectiveness evaluation, is an interdisciplinary research field that aims to support decision-making for the fair and efficient allocation of healthcare resources, and it is premised on collaboration and cooperation between various specialist fields, including clinical epidemiology, medical statistics, health economics, real-world data analysis, and health-related quality of life evaluation. The aim of this lecture is to acquire the basic knowledge and skills required for specialists in the field of health technology assessment.

The course materials will be posted on manaba+R for a certain period before and after each lecture. Assignments and short reports will also be posted on manaba+R for a certain period, and will be collected within that period.

★Assignments and reports submitted after the specified period will not be accepted for any reason.

Student Attainment Objectives

1. 医療技術評価のコンセプトと日本および海外の状況を説明できる。
2. 臨床疫学の解析手法を理解し、結果を解釈することができる。
3. 医療経済評価の解析手法を理解し、結果を解釈することができる。
4. リアルワールドデータの解析手法を理解し、結果を解釈することができる。
5. 健康アウトカム評価の解析手法を理解し、結果を解釈することができる。

2. Understand the analysis methods of clinical epidemiology and be able to interpret the results.
