Course Outline and Method
各講義前後の一定期間、講義に関する教材をmanaba+R上に提示する。課題や小レポートについても一定期間manaba+R上に提示するとともに、その期間内に回収する。
★決められた期間を過ぎてからの課題レポートの提出はいかなる理由があっても認めない。

Health technology assessment, including cost-effectiveness evaluation, is an interdisciplinary research field that aims to support decision-making for the fair and efficient allocation of healthcare resources, and it is premised on collaboration and cooperation between various specialist fields, including clinical epidemiology, medical statistics, health economics, real-world data analysis, and health-related quality of life evaluation. The aim is to acquire the practical knowledge and skills needed as a specialist in the field of health technology assessment.
The course materials will be posted on manaba+R for a certain period before and after each lecture. Assignments and short reports will also be posted on manaba+R for a certain period, and will be collected within that period.
★Assignments and reports submitted after the specified period will not be accepted for any reason.

2. 診療実態や異質性を考慮した上で、適切な分析の枠組みを提案することができる。
3. システマティックレビューを実施し、臨床エビデンスの収集・要約ができる。
4. 臨床試験の批判的吟味や各種の統計解析を実施し、追加的有用性の評価を行うことができる。
5. 費用効果分析モデルの構造、パラメータ設定を理解した上で、ステークホルダーに伝達することができる。
6. 費用効果分析の再分析方針を立案し、実践することができる。
7. 再分析の結果を所定の様式に沿って報告することができる。
1. After collecting and organizing basic information on new health technologies, you can communicate it to stakeholders.
2. You can propose an appropriate analytical framework, taking into account the clinical practice and heterogeneity.
3. You can conduct a systematic review and collect and summarize clinical evidence.
4. Can conduct critical appraisal of clinical trials and various statistical analyses to evaluate additional benefits.
5. Can understand the structure and parameter settings of cost-effectiveness analysis models and communicate them to stakeholders.
6. Can develop and implement a policy for reanalysis of cost-effectiveness analysis.
7. Can report the results of reanalysis in a prescribed format.
