授業の概要と方法

The emphasis of this program is REACH which stands for Responsibility, Environment, Awareness, Collaboration, and Humanitarianism. The goal of this stream is to prepare students for business and social interactions in which fundamental skills for comprehension as in reading, listening and communication will be needed. The aim of Communication Skills 2 is to provide language structures fundamental to communication in university, work and community life, and is a continuation of Communication Skills 1.Classes will consist of collaborative activities either completed using manaba + R, Zoom or a socially distanced physical classroom. Students will work through various assignments in their textbooks either independently or with classmates. Many assignments make use of multimedia such as video and internet links. Students will also complete presentations which will be performed in front of class or through video. The instructor will provide feedback in the physical classroom, on manaba + R or through Zoom, depending on the activity.
