CNNのキャスターが世界に発信した最新の報道を、英語で聞き取り運用できる訓練をする。カナダ、アメリカ、オーストラリア、イギリスのレポーターによる各々の英語の特徴を知り、メディア英語への関心・理解をさらに深める。 様々なジャンルの今日的なテーマに触れることで視野を拡大し、リスニングだけでなく、内容理解、ライティング、ボキャブラリーの応用問題もこなしながら英語力を鍛える。ドリル・課題等の講評およびフィードバックは manaba+R にて行う。
