 本講義では、民法の物権（175条～294条）に規定されている制度を判例・学説を交えつつ解説します。単なる抽象的な説明にならないよう具体例を挙げてなるべく分かり易く講義することをこころがけます。

2.条文の要件・効果や判例・学説の理論を単に覚えるだけでなく、その沿革や趣旨も理解する。

対面を基本とします。
詳細は初回授業で説明します。

可能であれば各講義前にそれぞれ該当する箇所を指定教科書を読んで予習してきてください。
講義受講後に該当部分を教科書で復習すると情報が整理され、より効率的です。
講義で内容が不明確なところ、理解が難しいところがあれば、直接質問してもらってもいいですし、直接対話が苦手な方はmanaba+Rなどを通じて質問をしてください。
