Course Outline and Method

タンパク質の定量，酵素反応の測定，タンパク質の分離・精製に関する基礎的な実験を行う．

本科目の授業実施形態は対面＋オンデマンド型とする．受講生を2グループ（A班，B班）に分け，各班が交互に対面授業を行う．
なお，オンデマンド型授業では，質問や疑問等について，別途授業内で案内する方法で受付を行い，回答をする．

酵素反応の速度論を説明できる．
基本的なタンパク質の精製実験ができる．

授業実施形態：対面

Class Format

BCP停止の場合は、BCPレベル0～2の記載どおりに授業が行われます。
During the suspension period of BCP, classes will be as described in BCP levels 0-2.

BCPレベル1〜3の場合は，感染防止策を講じた上で対面授業＋オンデマンド型授業を実施する．実施にあたっての詳細は，manaba+Rにて連絡する．
BCPレベル4以上となった場合には，事前に検討をした上でmanaba+Rにて連絡する．
