Course Outline and Method
法律事務所や司法書士事務所における実習を通じて、実際の弁護士や司法書士の仕事の一端を知ることにより、法曹や法律専門職としての将来の進路の動機付けを図る機会を提供する。実習後、各実習生には自らテーマを設定して、レポートの執筆に取り組んでもらう。
Student Attainment Objectives
法律実務の一端を知ることにより、将来の法科大学院や司法書士試験、法律系専門職への挑戦の課題を認識することを目標とする。

| 12月 | 成果報告会での発表を踏まえ、「法務実習レポート」を提出してもらう。 |

原則として対面形式で実施する
Recommendations for Private Study
各自、時間を見つけて裁判所で裁判傍聴をされることをすすめます。裁判所の受付で訪問日の開廷状況を確認し、傍聴審理法廷において静粛に傍聴してください。法廷への出入りは自由です。

Advice to Students on Study and Research Methods
実習日と通常の講義との調整などが必要になる場合があることを十分に理解し、派遣先の事情を優先するようにしてください。また、実習先の内容により実習が長期におよぶ場合でも、遅くとも１１月中旬頃までには実習が終了するように日程を調整してください。
