Course Outline and Method

本科目は、政策科学部で提供される LGA 言語科目10語種（Korean, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, German, Italian, French, Russian, Spanish）のうち、2言語の文化と政策の研究を紹介する。
各回では、講義の主軸となる言語がもつ特徴や当該言語が使用されている国・地域の文化、歴史などを解説し、同時に当該言語と関連した政策科学研究を紹介していく。
学期末に各自その言語にかかる関心があるテーマについて、プレゼンテーションを行う。

Student Attainment Objectives

・母語、英語以外の言語を大学で新たに学習する意義や複言語主義の考え方を理解できる。
・各言語の特徴を理解し、当該言語を使用してどのような政策科学研究が可能か、自分の関心に引き寄せて考えることができる。
