授業の概要と方法

必修英語単位回復のための週１回の授業です。演習を通して、英語の基礎技術を復習し、英語学習上の弱点を克服します。また英語を使って世界のニュースを学び、また簡単な聖書やギリシア神話の英語を読み、文化の基層にじかに触れていきながら、世界の多様な文化や政治や社会問題に対する理解と関心を深めます。

受講生の到達目標

大学生として必要な最低限度の英語運用能力をつける。
英語学習のコツをつかみ、自立した英語学習者となる。
英語を使って世界でおこっている事象を理解できるようにする。
英語を使って世界の多様な文化へ目を向け理解できるようにする。
