Course Outline and Method

政治・経済から文化・環境にいたるまで、メディアで取り上げられた最新のニュースを英語で読解し、運用できる訓練をする。ニュース英語の特徴を知り、日本語での報道と比較したりすることにより、メディア英語への関心・理解をさらに深める。 様々なジャンルのテーマに触れることで視野を拡大し、内容理解、リスニング、ボキャブラリーなどのドリルもこなしながら英語力を鍛える。
ドリル・課題等の講評およびフィードバックは manaba+R にて行う。

・ニュース英語の語彙・特徴的な表現方法を習得し、読解力を高めることができる。
・ニュースの背景を知ることで、報道する側の姿勢を分析する目を持つ。
