Course Outline and Method

計算機実験ではバイオ関連のデータベースを紹介し，簡単な解析をインターネットを用いて行なう．さらに大規模データを取り扱う解析アルゴリズムの実装までを，C言語にてプログラミングする．

授業実施形態：対面

Class Format

原則、１回目を含めて対面授業で実施する。ただし、感染拡大状況によりメディアを利用した授業等に変更する場合があるので、その場合は、manaba+Rを通じて改めて指示するので随時確認すること。

レポート（出席）にて評価を行う：80%
小テストにて評価を行う：20%

1/3以上欠席した場合には原則として単位を与えない．遅刻には厳正に対処する．
またレポートも1/3以上未提出の場合は単位を与えない．
レポート未提出の場合は、欠席としてあつかう。

Advice to Students on Study and Research Methods

本実験では，第1回目を除いて，すべてC言語を用いて，バイオインフォマティックスの基本となるプログラムをコーディングする．第2回目で，復習の時間を取っているが，それ以前に各自で復習を行い，本実験の準備をすることが望ましい．
