Course Outline and Method
特修民法は、法曹などの進路を希望する司法特修の学生のための科目である。初学者向けの民法講義科目では取り扱うことのできなかった論点や、民法科目間を跨いで問題となる論点についても視野を広げながら学習する。受講規模にもよるが、できれば双方向型の講義を探求し、考えながら学び、理解を深める授業を目指す。
なお、この科目は定期試験を実施せず、授業への出席及び授業中の発言（質疑応答）などを平常点として評価しつつ（10％）、提出課題に対して全体評価を行う（90%）。
この授業は対面授業である。

② 民法上の諸制度を具体的な事例に適用し一定の解決を導くための、より高いレベルの論理的思考力を身につけること。
Recommended Preparatory Course
民法Ⅱは本科目と並行して受講することが望ましい。

Class Format
During the suspension period of BCP, classes will be as described in BCP levels 0-2.
【BCP レベル 1〜2 の場合】
対面授業を原則とし、教室に来れない理由のある者に対してライブ配信を提供し、更にやむを得ない理由により当該授業の時間にライブ配信も含め受講できなかった者に対し、録画データ等の授業資料をオンラインで提供する。
原則として、すべての授業回でこの形態で実施する。オンラインでの授業資料の提供方法はmanaba+Rによる。
【BCP レベル 3~4 の場合】
この授業が予定されている曜日時限にオンラインでライブ配信形式で実施する。
