Course Outline and Method
本科目は、アメリカのカリフォルニア大学デービス校において、英語に関する高度なアカデミック・ランゲージについて学び、外国語による専門的な学習や研究に必要な知識やスキルの獲得を目指す。授業では、アカデミック・ランゲージの理解に不可欠なリーディング、リスニング、ライティング、スピーキングを総合的に学び、また、特定のテーマ学習を通じて、アカデミック・ランゲージの知識やスキルを応用し、実践的に学びを深める。
この授業では、カリフォルニア大学デービス校の「Elective Series」のなかからいずれかのテーマに沿った授業を受講する。
