会社法や会計の基本的な事項と、日経新聞を読むに必要な用語を学び、これらの知識をもとに、事例研究のレポートや、研究論文を順次よむ．

各自の興味,　到達レベルに合わせて，個別にテーマを決め，関連文献，レポート，研究論文等を読み，そのまとめとして研究論文（レポート）を執筆する．

15回の講義に対して10回の対面講義を予定しております。
