Course Outline and Method

スポーツおよび身体活動に関する基礎的な知識や身体の構造を学び、それらをベースにして心身の健康の保持・向上、ならびにリカバリーや救急処置を学習することで、継続的に運動やスポーツに取り組む意義や大切さを理解する。また、パフォーマンスの向上や発育発達、加齢など目的や年齢に合った運動実践についての方法を学ぶ。

Student Attainment Objectives

①身体の構造や機能について説明することができる。
②トレーニングに伴って生じる生体の変化（トレーニング適応）と運動不足によって生じる生体の変化について説明することができる。
③救急処置法やスポーツ実践のリスクについて説明することができる。
④目的に合った運動プログラムを作成できる基礎的能力を身につける。

授業ごとの学習テーマに関する課題に対して授業内レポートを提出する。授業内レポートは、0～10点で評価する。授業の内容を踏まえて自分の考えを論理的に記述しているかを評価する。2/3以上の授業に出席して授業内レポートを提出した者のみ評価の対象とする。
