Course Outline and Method

微生物の研究に必須な各種顕微鏡の原理、取り扱いの基礎を解説する。さらに、多細胞生物の組織と細胞ならびに微生物の細胞を各種顕微鏡で観察し、実技を修得する。また、観察結果の整理・考察を通じ、実験結果を報告する技術の習得を目指す。
対面授業（実験）を実施する。
