Course Outline and Method
本講義では、個別指導並びに集団指導を通して、具体的な援助場面を想定した実技指導（ロールプレイング等）を中心とする演習形態により、ソーシャルワーク実践の基本を学ぶ。現場実習での学びをより深いものにするために、相談援助の臨床において求められる態度・知識・技術を、単に机の上だけで学ぶのではなく、実際に演習により体験して理解を深め身につけ実践力を獲得していく科目として位置づけ、以下の4点を目的として学んでいく。
１．ソーシャルワークの知識と技術に係る他の科目との関連性を踏まえ、社会福祉士として求められる基礎的な能力を涵養する。
２．ソーシャルワークの価値規範と倫理を実践的に理解する。
３．ソーシャルワークの実践に必要なコミュニケーション能力を養う。
４．ソーシャルワークの展開過程において用いられる、知識と技術を実践的に理解する。
【授業の方法】
本科目は大学設置基準および立命館大学産業社会学部則において、区分を面接授業とする。詳細な実施方法については、manaba+Rのコースニュース、「授業スケジュール」および「授業実施形態」欄を確認のこと。
