Course Outline and Method

スポーツ方法実習Ⅰ（競技・サッカー）では、スポーツを教養の一つとして位置づけ、生涯を通してスポーツを実践するために必要な身体やスポーツ技術・集団に関する幅広い知識と分析能力を身につける。さらには、スポーツの科学的な知識・視点を総合的に適応した実践、実習を重視し、実践過程そのものを学びの対象として授業を展開する。生涯スポーツのための基礎的な能力を養うことをめざす。

本授業は全てキャンパスの教場で行います。授業実施時に教場で受講することができない場合、欠席扱いとなることを理解した上で受講登録するようにしてください。
【基本事項】
・第 1 回目の授業は、各指定された教場にてガイダンスを行います。（第 1 回目は着替えやシューズは不要）
・第 2 回～15 回は教場で実技を行います。実技時間は 90 分程度とします。
