Course Outline and Method

本授業は対面の実習で行う。機械工作実習は、受講生が自ら機械を操作実習することによって、設計・生産技術の基礎となる加工に関する理解を深めるとともに加工技術の基本、そして安全作業の心構えを習得することを目的とする。内容は主に金属切削加工であり、旋盤・フライス盤・ボール盤などの工作機械やCNC工作機を利用する実習を行う。

Student Attainment Objectives

(1)⼯作機械の原理や測定⽅法等の基礎的な技量を⾝につける。
(2)製品を開発・設計するための基礎としての機械⼯作の基礎的な技術を⾝につける。
(3)最適な⽣産⼯程を選定するための基礎的な知識を⾝につける。
(4)安全作業の⼼構えを⾝につける。

授業⽅法は対⾯での実習を基本とする。manaba+Rを利⽤した課題提出、Web授業を併⽤する。な
お、対⾯授業が困難で授業配慮が必要な場合は⽴命館⼤学の公的な申請をもって個別に考慮する。
安全作業に適さない服装・⾏動は授業への参加を認めない。

到達目標(1)〜(4)を対⾯授業への出席点、manaba+Rでの
⼩テスト、manaba+Rでのレポートの内容、実習で作製
した製作物を提出することで評価を⾏う。6割以上の出
席・提出が単位認定の必要条件。安全作業に適さない服
装・⾏動は到達目標(4)に反するため減点対象とし、酷い
場合は対⾯授業への参加を認めない。
