Course Outline and Method

ポピュラーサイエンス、地理学、自然・環境学、心理学、人類学などに関する情報を英語で読むことを通して、大学で学問をするために必要な英語の読解力の基礎を培うことを目指します。英語学習のコツを伝授します。フィードバックは、授業内もしくはmanaba＋R上で行います。

① 親しみやすいトピックを取り扱った文章の要点を理解したり、必要な情報を取り出したりすることができる。
② 記事に疑問を持ち、批判的な目、論理的、客観的、合理的な目で情報を見ることで、情報の信憑性の検証ができる。
③ 自分の英語学習目的を設定し、自分に適した方法で計画的に学習を進め、成果を評価し、必要に応じ計画を調整するスキルを身につける。
