政策科学の基礎理論とともに具体的な政策課題が語られるため、1回生にとって、これからの4年間の政策科学部での学習の土台となる科目である。学際的な側面から政策科学にアプローチするため、十分な時間をとって講義を行う。

Class Format
During the suspension period of BCP, classes will be as described in BCP levels 0-2.
BCPレベル1～2 ：対面授業14回、メディア授業1回
第1回目講義は、メディア授業となります（詳細はmanaba+Rコースニュースで通知）
BCPレベル3以上：メディア授業
いずれの授業参加形態においても出席を必須とし（遅刻や途中退出も行わないこと）、欠席回数の多い学生はF評価とする。
